  • Contact Data: Your name and email address when you subscribe to my newsletter, download a guide, or make a purchase.

  • Social Media Data: Your public profile handle and basic information if you interact with my automated sequences on platforms like Instagram or TikTok.

  • Transaction & Scheduling Data: Billing details and appointment information when you purchase a Notion template or book a 1-on-1 call. (Note: I never see or store your full credit card number).

  • Usage Data: Anonymous analytics regarding how you navigate the site (e.g., pages visited, device type).

2. How I Use Your Data I use your information strictly to:

  • Deliver the digital products, guides, and coaching calls you purchased or requested.

  • Send occasional newcomer tips, news updates, and relevant product offers.

  • Improve the content and user experience of the Site.

3. Social Automation, Email Marketing & Consent (CASL) By submitting your email or triggering an automated keyword in my social media direct messages, you provide express consent to receive digital communications from NewcomerSetup.ca.

  • Unsubscribe: You can opt out of emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email. You can opt out of social media automation by typing "STOP" in the chat.

  • Third-Party Processing: I use Loops for email marketing and ManyChat for social media automation. They process your data on my behalf but are strictly prohibited from using your data for their own marketing.

4. Third-Party Payment Processing & Scheduling When you buy the Newcomer Blueprint or book a consultation, the transaction is processed securely through third-party gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, or scheduling software). These platforms encrypt your payment data. I do not collect, process, or store your raw financial information on my servers.

5. Cookies & Affiliate Tracking This site uses cookies to understand traffic patterns and to ensure that I receive proper commission credit when you use verified affiliate links (such as FinlyWealth). You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though this may impact how certain site features function.

6. Cross-Border Data Transfers Because I use global software providers (like Framer, Loops, and Stripe), your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed on servers located outside of Canada (primarily in the United States). By using this site, you consent to this transfer.

7. Data Security I am committed to ensuring your data is secure. I only use reputable third-party services that maintain high, industry-standard security protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
